Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the unworn items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
